General Meetings
In-person meetings featuring a guest speaker are held the third Wednesday of each month (excluding December, July and August).
Everyone is welcome!
We learn from qualified professionals and there is ample time to socialize and learn from each other.
Doors open at 7:00 pm, meeting at 7:15 pm.

Events
Events are posted to the website and in our newsletter.
Events include:
- Ostomy Health Fair – held in October when sufficient volunteers are available
- Providing orientation to Personal Support Workers on the various types of ostomies
- Pack-up for Friends of Ostomates Worldwide (Canada) – We participate several times a year with Friends of Ostomates Worldwide Canada. We pack boxes of ostomy supply donations that are destined for people in need from countries around the world. St. Catharines is the Canadian hub for this service.
