Meetings
At monthly meetings, a speaker or special event is featured to provide ostomy-related information and/or social activities. Attendees learn from qualified professionals and there is ample time to socialize and learn from each other.
All meetings are open to individuals with ostomies; their families, friends and caregivers; medical professionals; and the general public. There is no admission charge. Free parking. Location information is posted below.

Annual Events include:
- Ostomy Fair
- Training of Personal Support Workers and Allied Health Care providers
- Pack-up for Friends of Ostomates Worldwide (Canada) – We participate several times a year with Friends of Ostomates Worldwide Canada. We pack boxes of ostomy supply donations that are destined for people in need from countries around the world. St. Catharines is the Canadian hub for this service.

Meetings are held in September, November, March and May, usually on the last Wednesday of the month. Doors Open at 6:15 pm, meeting at 6:30 pm.
Please note: South Niagara meetings (held in Port Colborne) are after business hours when the pharmacy is locked. To keep the pharmacy secure, the front door is attended by staff and unlocked only to admit attendees between 6:15 and 6:30 pm. No one else will be admitted after 6:30 because the staff is also involved in the meeting.
